LED (Light Emitting Diode) Lighting
Why LED Lighting?
LED lights on the other hand generate light from extremely low currents and the advances in LED's as well as the optical lenses utilised to focus their light, have allowed them to reach price levels where they are affordable and becoming the de facto lighting standard.
Many manufacturers will no longer manufacture incandescent light bulbs and are in fact focusing on LED lighting. The benefit is that LED lights use very little electricity to produce a similar lumen light output. As an example, a 9W LED downlight generates almost the equivalent lumen output as a 60W halogen downlighter.
LED lighting is still considered to be on the expensive side, LED lighting will outlast both incandescent as well as CFL lights, and the prices are falling rapidly.
Due to the vast range of LED lighting available please forward requests for lighting applications and pricing. We will respond with the appropriate LED light with associated specifications and prices.
